Th style='display:none' e PEX-P32C32 and PISO-P32C32U series card is the new generation product that ICP DAS provides to meet RoHS compliance requirement. The new P PEX-P32C32 and PISO-P32C32U series card is designed as a drop-in replacement for the PISO-P32C32, and users can replace the PISO-P32C32 by the PEX-P32C32 and PISO-P32C32U directly without software/driver modification.

The PISO-P32C32U/P32C32-5V universal PCI card supports 3.3 V/5 V PCI bus while the PEX-P32C32 supports PCI Express bus. These cards provide 32 channels of optically isolated digital inputs and 32 channels of optically isolated digital outputs, arranged into four isolated banks. Each input channel uses a photo-coupler input which allows either internal isolated power supply or external power selected by jumper. Each digital output offers a Darlington transistor. The power supply of the input port may use the external power or the power from the PC side via DC/DC converter. The power supply of the output port should use the external power. The board eliminates ground-loop problems and isolates the host computer from damaging voltages.

The PEX-P32C32 and PISO-P32C32U/P32C32U-5V also adds a Card ID switch. Users can set Card ID on a board and recognize the board by the ID via software when using two or more PEX-P32C32 and PIO-P32C32U/P32C32U-5V cards in one computer.

These cards support various OS versions, such as Linux, DOS, Windows 98/NT/2000 and 32/64-bit Windows 8/7/Vista/XP. DLL and Active X control together with various language sample programs based on Turbo C++, Borland C++, Microsoft C++, Visual C++, Borland Delphi, Borland C++ Builder, Visual Basic, C#.NET, Visual Basic.NET and LabVIEW are provided in order to help users quickly and easily develop their own applications
